East Lancashire Drawings by Rob Miller
The second white farm
Charcoal and pen on paper.
This white farm was the target that we aimed for at the top of the hill,
when we, my brothers and I dragged our picnic trolley
back from York to Little Harwood in 1963.
A long journey by any standard for someone aged about ten.
The big dipper
Charcoal on paper.
The view of the 'big dipper' from the second white farm.
A long descent and ascent in the road to York.
