The Lingholm Estate and Causey Pike in autumn 30x24cm I have a never ending feeling of joy when I'm Painting in the English Lake District in autumn. The crisp clean northern air, blue skies and the crisp fall of leaves. As the resident artist of Lingholm and its Estate it is a pleasure to be working in one of the nicest places to witness the passage of autumn. Woodland planted in the days of Beatrice Potter has now come of age giving a splendid show of reds yellows and ochres. More new work to follow soon.
